School and Education in India

In India we start going to school since around 2+ when we join our play school then we go to kindergarten and finally join the main school at 6.
Since the very beginning we are cared and nurtured like a sapling to a tree by the time we pass out. All the teachers that teach us are very understanding and treat us like their own kids. Our teachers change every year but by the time we end a class we develop a bonding between each other. Here the population is quite large so in a class there are about 45-50 students per section. And as the number increases so does the competition. After we finish our school it is a great competition for us to get admission in a good college. After school we need to have a professional degree to get a good job. We have government schools in which our education is funded by the government but in some private schools like our own St. Mark’s School our parents have to finance our education. Sometimes after school we have to go to some other city to continue our higher education but it is not necessary.
