Parenthood and career ?

It´s a big step when you want a baby, but this step is much bigger when you want career too. But what can women do, to have a baby and a job?

è    They bring children to a day cape

that is more typical for France than for Germany, because here are not so many day capes. That is a problem, but the state work on it and built more and more day capes.

                                              KiTa means Kindertagesstätte = day nursery 

è    change the job from the full-time-job to an half-time-job

è    but many families can’t live without the money from an full-time-job, but for that families there is the youth welfare office, to get them help and give advice.

“Super mothers” who everybody knows from the TV have enough time for a

 full-time-job and to bring the children in their bed. But the harsh reality is that nobody can be super in the job and be a perfect parent. Fact is, that it is difficult compatible.

                           It changed...

In 10% of the families in Germany the women get 60% of the income, which is not really little. Today there are more female high school visitors than male. Because of this there isn't any job which the women couldn't do. In the policy the women are also working,for example: the federal chancellor of Germany is Mrs. Angela Merkel since five years .Important is that in 15 years the role of a female nurturer rised ca.50%-that's very much.

                                               The wages

In Germany 23,2% of the women get less money than the                                                                                                        men. That’s really unfair .In Europe the average is 18%. In comparison you can   see that German isn't at the top of Europe.

Usually ...                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         ...the woman is the one who cooks,cleans the house looks for the children and irons the clothes and the men repairs the bike and other things which are wrong in the house. The point:looking for the children prevents most of the women to work. When they are pregnant they can't work and when the baby born the mother have to look for it,so they can't work for a long time.

Do women have the same access to education as men?
Mainly yes, but in some cases women can have a disadvantage as a women, when you are for example inconspicuous some teachers will may not confidence you some tasks.
